Due to icy parking lot conditions, Town Hall Administrative Offices will be open tomorrow (02/02/2026) from 1:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. only.

Our streets remain snowy and slippery, and crews are actively plowing today. Due to ongoing conditions and limited effectiveness of salt, travel is discouraged at this time.

🚧 Road Conditions Update
Our Highway & Streets crew has been out since 5:00 AM treating roads to help provide safer driving conditions. Main roads have remained clear, but please remember there may still be some backroads that need to be treated and unexpected icy spots.
If you must drive, take it slow and use extra caution.
🐾 Beal Park Update:
Beal Park will remain closed due to icy conditions that could be hazardous, especially for those walking their dogs. We will reassess conditions daily and plan to reopen the park on Wednesday, weather permitting.

✔️ Check on elderly neighbors and those who may need assistance

Line-up begins at 2:00 PM at Louisville Christian Church on Topside Road. The parade will start at 3:00 PM and make its way to Town Hall on Louisville Road.
🚓 For everyone’s safety, the Blount County Sheriff’s Office will temporarily close the road around 2:50 PM as the parade gets ready to begin.
